Today marks our first Spotlight Friday! Occasionally on Fridays we will be “spotlighting” members of the Camp F.L.E.I.G. staff which will give you insight into our staff’s background, hobbies & objectives. We begin this Friday with the spotlight focused on our Camp Director, Josh Scholtes!
Josh graduated from Millersville University in December of 2008 with a BA in Geography/Environmental Sciences and a minor in Sociology. Along with being the Camp F.L.E.I.G. Camp Director he holds a position with Student Services Inc. as the Evening Operations Manager for the Millersville University Student Memorial Center. If you stop by the Student Memorial Center you can find Josh engaging students, organizing events and being involved with the Millersville University Community.
In his spare time Josh enjoys being outdoors and you can find him either hunting, fishing, hiking or biking; he frequently participates in 5k obstacle course races and is preparing to do his first tri-athalon during the Summer of 2012. He is excited to have the opportunity to show campers that you do not have to be athletic or like sports to lead an active, and healthy life.
