Registration

At Camp F.L.E.I.G. we want your experience to be great from beginning to end!  On this page you will find everything you need to register for camp. Step #1:

Parents, we ask you to please complete the . Please fill in all the required information and select the camp session(s) you are registering for.

Step #2:

Complete the  for each camper you register.

Step #3:

Then, fill out the . Again make sure you fill this out  for each camper you are registering.

Step #4:

After the registration form, health history form and parent confidentiality form are complete, the payment process can be done one of two ways.

Don’t forget to add an account for your camper(s) at the University Store!  A debited account will be set up for your camper to use at the University Store on campus on emergency purchases like toiletries, clothing, snacks, etc.  For more information about the University Store, please visit their website http://www.studentservicesinc.com/university-store/ or call (717) 872 – 3268.

(1) If you elect to pay by CHECK:

  • Please make check payable to:  SSI – Camp FLEIG
  • Mail your completed registration form, health history form, and the parent confidentiality form along with payment to:

(2) If you elect to pay by CREDIT CARD:

  • You will be directed to make an online payment by entering your credit card information through Student Services, Inc.’s (a partner with Camp FLEIG) online ticket sales payment gateway Vendini Ticketing.
  • There will be processing fees associated with your online payment order.  Please note:  the processing fees cannot be refunded should you require a refund for any reason.
  • Begin the online process with a credit card.
  • Please select “ORDER” beside the session your camper(s) will be attending.
  • Camp FLEIG is offering several discount payment options:
    • An early bird registration discount of $200 off your session payment if you register by May 1, 2012.  The discount will automatically be applied and will show as Coupon: Camp FLEIG Early Bird Discount ($200.00/ticket) on your invoice.
    • If you are registering more than one (1) camper in your household, please enter the coupon code “SIBLING” and click “APPLY” for an additional $50 off on up to one (1) sibling.
  • Click “NEXT” when you are ready to enter payment information.
  • You will be asked to enter your contact information.  This is strictly done as a means of identity protection and security in association with the credit card you will be using for payment. Please make sure to use the same email address that was entered on the camper registration form. Matching the email addresses will link the specific camper with the online payment. If different email addresses are used then we will contact you to rectify the situation.
  • After finalizing your payment and clicking “PROCESS ORDER”, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • The charge on your credit card statement will be from “SSI Ticket Sales.”

Step #5:

Your camper(s) is now registered for Camp FLEIG!  Staff from Camp FLEIG will be in touch with you to confirm receipt of your payment.  In the mean time, don’t forget to download our Parent Handbook!  If you have any questions regarding Camp FLEIG, please contact the Camp Director, Josh Scholtes at (717) 871-5831 or email us at info@campfleig.com and we will be happy to assist you.
